Private Jet Charter
A one way private jet charter should feel like a well-organized day, not a research project. We gather quotes from operators who can actually fly your route, explain what each price includes, and stay with the trip from first call to final drop-off.

How a charter quote comes together
Every request starts with the day itself. Tell us the city pair, the date, roughly what time you need to leave and be back if there is a return, how many people are flying, and how much luggage comes along. One way trips matter here, because an operator has to think about where the aircraft goes after you land, and that shapes availability and price.
Within a short window you get a quote with the aircraft type, a price estimate, and the terms attached to it. Prices are estimates and move with fuel, crew scheduling, airport fees and how full the trip is, so we flag anything that could change the number before you commit. If your plans are flexible by a few hours, say so, and we will show you which options open up.
The broker and operator split
We are a charter broker and arranger. The flights we book are flown by FAA Part 135 operators, and those operators hold operational control of the trip. That phrase matters: the operator, not us, decides whether a flight departs, who sits in the cockpit, and how the aircraft is maintained and dispatched.
What we do is match your trip to aircraft and operators, assemble the quotes, and handle the paperwork between you and the company flying the leg. You will always know which operator is flying before you sign anything, and you are welcome to ask about them.
What we check before a flight goes out
Before we put an operator in front of you, we look at the certificate under which they fly, confirm insurance coverage is current, and review third-party safety audit reports. We also look at crew duty limits and rest requirements for the itinerary you have in mind, because a long one way leg and a short hop place different demands on a cockpit crew.
Airport performance gets checked too. A summer departure from a high-elevation field like Centennial in Denver, where density altitude can reach 9,600 ft, calls for a different aircraft than a sea-level runway. Ask us and we will walk through why a particular jet was proposed for your departure.
How we are paid for the planning
Our fee is built into the quote you receive, so you see one number rather than a price plus a separate broker charge. We do not add a markup on top of the operator's cost without telling you. If a quote changes because the trip details change, we explain the reason before the booking is confirmed.
Deposits and final payments go through the operator's own payment channels, and cancellation terms come from them, not from us. We read those terms with you before you commit so the timing and refund rules are clear. For a one way trip, ask specifically what happens if you need to move the date, since rules vary by operator and aircraft.
Questions
Who is responsible for the flight once I book?
The operator holds operational control. That company is responsible for dispatching the aircraft, assigning and resting the crew, maintaining the plane, and deciding whether weather or mechanical issues allow departure. We arrange the booking and stay in contact, but we do not own or fly the aircraft. You will know the operator's name before you sign.
Why does a one way trip sometimes cost more than half a round trip?
The aircraft still has to get to your departure airport and go somewhere useful after you land. On a short hop, a light jet estimate runs about $4,000 to $6,000 either way, and the empty repositioning legs can make a one way fare look close to a round trip total. Flexibility on timing often helps.
How do I know which aircraft to ask for?
Start with the mission. A light jet such as the Citation CJ4 Gen2 carries up to seven passengers with 2,165 nm of range, which covers most domestic one way trips. Longer legs or bigger groups move into super-midsize or heavy aircraft. Tell us the passenger count and luggage, and we will propose the smallest aircraft that does the job well.
