What we collect when you ask for a quote

When you request a private jet charter quote, we ask for the things an operator needs to price and plan a flight: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip details. Trip details usually mean the cities or airports you want to use, your travel dates, how many passengers are flying, and any baggage or timing notes you give us.

If you call rather than submit a form, we take the same information down by hand. We do not ask for payment card numbers to produce a quote, and you should not send one until you have a confirmed booking with the operator flying your trip. You can ask us to remove anything you have sent at any time using the contact details below.

Why we use your information

We use your details to prepare and send the quote you asked for, to answer follow-up questions, and to keep a record of what was discussed so you are not repeating yourself to a second person. If your plans change, that record is what lets us re-quote quickly.

We also use contact details to follow up on a quote that has not been answered, which you can stop by telling us. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists because you asked about a flight.

Who sees your trip details

This site is a charter broker. We arrange flights; the flying is done by independent operators who hold their own certification and operational control of the aircraft. To get you a real price, we share your trip details with the operators we ask to quote it: departure and arrival airports, dates, passenger count, and the baggage and timing notes that affect the price.

We share your name and contact details only as far as needed to hold an aircraft or confirm a booking. We do not pass your information to companies with no role in your trip. When an operator is selected, that operator becomes responsible for your information under its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them.

Call recording and email records

Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded so that we get the details right, resolve disagreements about what was quoted, and train the people taking your call. If a call is recorded, we tell you at the start of it, and you can ask us to stop recording or to take the conversation by email instead.

Emails and form submissions are kept as written records of the request. Treat both the same way you would any business correspondence: send what is needed to quote the trip, and leave out anything sensitive that does not affect the flight.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and the records attached to them are kept only as long as they are useful: long enough to follow up on your trip, to answer a question about a past quote, and to meet our own accounting and legal obligations. When that period ends, we delete or anonymize the records.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner. If a booking is in progress or has already flown, the operator will hold its own records for the flight, and those are handled under the operator's policies rather than ours.

Questions and requests about your data

Write to us through the contact details on this site if you want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Tell us the email address or phone number you used for the quote and the approximate date, which is usually enough for us to find the record. We respond to these requests as quickly as we can.

If you would rather not have your details shared with operators while you compare prices, say so when you get in touch. We can talk through your trip and explain what a quote would require before anything is sent to an operator. Changes to this notice will appear on this page, and the version here is the one that applies to your request.
